APPOINTEMP is a SaaS platform that allows businesses to manage appointments, services, staff, and customer communications, and allows end customers of those businesses to book appointments online.
You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding contract to use the Service. Business Users must be authorized to act on behalf of the business they register.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You must notify us promptly of any unauthorized use. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

Business Users are solely responsible for the content, services, and pricing they publish through APPOINTEMP, and for the accuracy of the appointments they schedule. Business Users are responsible for obtaining any necessary consents from their own customers before adding them to the platform or sending them messages.
The Service integrates with the WhatsApp Business Platform to deliver utility messages (appointment confirmations, reminders, authentication codes). By using the Service, you acknowledge that such messages are subject to WhatsApp's and Meta's policies, and you agree to use the messaging functionality only for legitimate, transactional purposes consistent with those policies.
During the current limited-access phase, the Service may be offered free of charge or under specific arrangements with early-access businesses. Pricing for general availability will be communicated in advance and published on our website.
All rights, title, and interest in the Service, including software, design, trademarks, and documentation, are owned by YAKIR B SYSTEMS or its licensors. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non- transferable license to use the Service in accordance with these Terms.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or available at all times. Message delivery depends on third-party services (including WhatsApp) and is not guaranteed.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, YAKIR B SYSTEMS will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time if you violate these Terms or if we discontinue the Service. You may stop using the Service at any time. Upon termination, sections that by their nature should survive (including intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, and governing law) will remain in effect.
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel, without regard to conflict of laws principles. The competent courts located in Tel Aviv-Yafo, Israel shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service.
